Due to the threat for extreme severe weather today, the library will be closed. We will resume normal hours tomorrow Please stay safe and weather aware today. OU students, staff, and faculty should make sure their information is updated with the OU RAVE system.

OTL will be closed tomorrow, May 16, for University Libraries Day. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, May 19.

OTL is excited to announce a new partnership with OU’s Bizzell Library. This pilot program will allow for interlibrary loan usage between participating libraries for all OTL users. Interlibrary loan is a free service that allows users to lend and borrow items from other participating libraries, thereby dramatically increasing the number of items available to users.

April 29, 2025
As storm season ramps up, OTL reminds OU students, staff, and faculty to make sure their RAVE information is up-to-date. RAVE is OU’s campus emergency alert system and will call and text all signees in the event of an emergency, such as a tornado watch or warning, along with steps to take.

The pooled fund will be wrapping up its current iteration in the next few months. However, it will be re-launching in October 2025 in a new iteration. Please watch this space for more information.
